Your Course Leaders:

Sonya Lennon
Sonya is widely regarded as being Ireland's top fashion stylists for almost twenty years. Her work is distinguished by a meticulous attention to detail for fashion and styling and intuitive awareness of what works and why. Coupled with Sonya's reputation in the fashion industry, she is also recognized as a leading Costume Designer in Film and Theatre.

Her styling and editorial work is clearly recognizable by the continuous use of narrative as a key creative tool in the development and creation of original fashion stories for national and international publications.

Sonya is now filming her third season as presenter of 'Off The Rails'. A deep understanding of style and how looking good can make you feel great, makes her approach to dressing, accessible, effective and fun. Her book, 'Off The Rails, Love Your Look', co-written with fellow presenter Brendan Courtney hit the 'Best Selling' lists last August on its publication.

Poll Moussoulides
Poll Moussoulides is Ireland's leading Voice Coach and one of Europe's most sought after Vocal Communications Specialists. His company, Voice Coach Training, creates and provides in-house courses to organisations throughout Europe with clients from the highest levels of the Broadcast, Music, Political and Corporate sectors. Since 1991, Poll has trained numerous Journalists and Presenters in News, Sport, Current Affairs, and Lifestyle programs who have been seen and heard on RTE, TV3, BBC, TnaG and CNN. By adapting the principles of Actor training, Poll has created a practical and wholly attainable method for all to communicate with greater physical confidence and vocal expertise. Over the last 19 years he has been Voice Coach on plays in all of Ireland's major Theatres and many in the UK. He has coached hundreds of Actors, from absolute beginners to multi Oscar award winners, on over 47 Film and TV productions.

From 1986 - 1995 he was Head of Voice at the Gaiety School of Acting and for 5 years at the Drama Faculty in Trinity College Dublin. For 20 years Poll delivered courses at the Irish Management Institute, and is now an associate expert at the Edinburgh Institute of Leadership and Management Practise in Napier University, and at the High Peformance Leaders program at the IMD business school in Lausanne, Switzerland. In 2006 Poll founded the Irish Voice Association, and is a founding member of the Irish Film & Television Academy (ITFA). He has appeared as a Communications Consultant on many TV & Radio programs.
